These are the terms and conditions of the contract between you and Viewerking governing your use of your Viewerking account and the Viewerking services, which we call our terms of service. Please be aware our terms of service can be change any time without being directly informed, and you accept it by visiting our site.

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract to open a Viewerking account and use the Viewerking services.

To use the Viewerking services you need to open a Viewerking account. By opening and using a Viewerking account, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this terms of services.

GENERAL

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Viewerking Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

You agree to take all responsibilities can affect from our services. We are not resposible from our services, our service is not hack tool it’s just for helping to boost your channel. You are entirely responsible for the misuse of our service.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Chargebacks will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If you have an issue with your purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue or give you a refund. Initiating a Viewerking chargeback of any kind will get your account on Viewerking suspended and you will be unable to create a new account or purchase from our site again. We will suspend your account regardless of how much time is remaining on the plan. We have a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks.

Full payment must be complete in advance to receiving your service from us. As our services are intangible, there is no way for us to recover the products or services if a client does not pay us, therefore we require payment in full before we will carry out your service.

No refunds will be given at all after you receive your service. There is no way we can recover our provided service from you after delivery. Therefore we will not refund or exchange any service that has already been provided. Upon chargeback or dispute claims your account will be suspended and access revoked.

AVAILABILITY

We retain the right to take any service offline at any time should we deem it necessary. We strive to keep our services online at all times, but this is something we cannot strictly control due to Twitch’s ever-changing service.

In the event that one of our services is offline, you will be compensated for the loss when the service(s) return. Compensation will be automatically added to your account.
